How to Create & Install a Favicon
A favicon is the small icon seen on browser tabs. Here is how to create the perfect set for all devices:

Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend uploading an image that is 512×512 pixels. This ensures that when we scale it down to small sizes (like 16×16), it remains sharp, but it also provides enough detail for high-resolution screens (like iPhones and Android devices).
Modern browsers support PNG favicons, but the
.ico format is still useful for legacy support (older versions of Internet Explorer). Our tool generates both for maximum compatibility.
Browsers cache favicons aggressively. If you updated your icon but don’t see the change, try clearing your browser cache or opening your site in an Incognito/Private window.
